I hope this email clarifies the part-time Professional Commercial Cleaner position.The position pays $35.00 per cleaning, and each cleaning takes approximately 1 hour. The location requires cleaning 2 times per month, with the cleaning split into 30 minutes for the sales floor and 30 minutes for the office.While we're contracted to clean 30 minutes before opening or closing, management has been flexible with scheduling. You can typically choose a day and time that works best for you. Exterior glass cleaning (doors and adjacent panels) is required once a month and earns an additional $10.00 per cleaning. The scope of work includes:* Collecting trash* Restroom cleaning* Dusting all surfaces* Disinfecting high-touch surfaces* Dust mopping and damp mopping floors (using wet floor signs)* Exterior glass cleaning (doors and adjacent panels only)All equipment and supplies are provided by the store.
