Tie's Cleaning Machine LLC is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. This position is extremely part time. It pays $35.00 per cleaning. Each cleaning is 1 hour ONLY.This location gets cleaned 2 times a month, each cleaning is an hour long. 30 minutes in the front house (sales floors) and 30 minutes in the back of the house (office). We are contracted to be in 30 minutes before the store opens or 30 minutes before they close. What I have found since 8/1 is that the management is very flexible. Most don't mind you coming anytime throughout the day. The day of the week is totally up to you. We clean the exterior glass once a month. Only glass we clean is the doors and the panel glass to the right and left doors. This is an extra $10.00 per cleaning. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in.
SOW (Scope of work)
Collecting trash
Restroom cleaning
Dusting all surfaces high and low including displays and window seals etc. (not the phones or merch)
Disinfect all high touch surfaces
Dust mop all floors
Damp mop all floors (use wet floor signs)
Exterior glass cleaning ONLY both doors and 3 panels of glass to the right and left of the doors. Only as high as you can reach.
All equipment and supplies will be supplied by the store.
