This individual will focus on building and maintaining relationships with property managers, general contractors, facility owners, and other commercial clients to drive new business and support the company’s growth in the market.

About the Company
Our client is a reputable and growing commercial roofing contractor specializing in new construction, re-roofing, maintenance programs, and emergency leak response. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, safety-first operations, and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, and referrals.
- Identify, target, and secure relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, GC’s, and facility directors.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of project scope, timeline, and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets in assigned territory.
Requirements:
- 3 years of business development or sales experience in construction, commercial roofing, or building materials preferred.
- Existing network or client base in commercial property or construction industry is highly valued.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and close business opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
