Tiello has partnered with a leading Heavy Civil Contractor who is looking for a Civil Superintendent in North Carolina who focuses on Commercial / Residential Sitework, as well as Roadway, projects valued up to $25MM in project value in the North Carolina area.
Title : Civil Superintendent (Commercial / Residential Sitework and Roadway)
Project Types : Commercial / Residential Sitework and Roadway
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage fine grading, underground utilities, or both on all site civil projects assigned
- Supervise and coordinate a construction crew
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or Prolog
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
