Position Overview : As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with existing clients within the New Jersey area. You will sell commercial security systems, fire alarms, and other security integration services to commercial customers, ensuring that their needs are met with the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand the customer base within the NJ area.
- Identify and target potential clients, focusing on the commercial market.
- Present and demonstrate security solutions to prospective clients, including security, fire alarms, and integrated security systems.
- Provide clients with detailed product information, quotations, and proposals.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sale.
- Collaborate with installation and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project implementation.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in security technology to provide customers with the latest solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend meetings, training, and conferences as required.
