Tiello has partnered with one of the nation's leading AISC certified structural steel and bridge fabricators on their search for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee their New Hampshire operations .
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of operations, including lean manufacturing , process improvement, and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain management and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor production processes and implement measures to enhance productivity and meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in operations management.
