QA/QC Manager

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Commercial General Contractor in Fort Lauderdale, FL on their search for an experienced QA/QC Manager to establish, lead, and oversee the Quality Control Department.

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system, ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role will require collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain a culture of excellence and accountability in all phases of construction.

Title: QA/QC Manager (7-10 years of experience in quality control or project management)

Project Types: Ground-up Multifamily, Hospitality projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and Implement Quality Control Programs
• Project-Specific Quality Control Plans
• Perform Inspections and Audits
• Document Control and Reporting
• Subcontractor and Vendor Management
• Collaboration with Project Teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful QA/QC systems in the construction industry
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and standards.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in construction management software, and QA/QC software tools.
