Senior Project Manager - (Security/Fire Alarm)

Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable nationally renowned Security and Fire Integrator located in the Cincinnati, OH area. The role will be a key player in a rapidly growing company.

Job Title: Security/Fire Project Manager (Commercial)

Project Types: Commercial, Healthcare, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Mixed-Use, Retail, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation and servicing of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, IP/network cameras, security alarms
• Handle scheduling, estimates, parts orders, and assist in training of crews
• Be main point-of-contact with the customer, updating them on project status, changes, etc
• Maintaining certifications for Fire & Security systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Systems aptitude or certifications in EST, Avigilon, Lenel S2, Genetec, Milestone, Axis
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and responsible.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Leadership skills to guide and train apprentice-level technicians.
