Job Summary
As a Commercial Roofing Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians and coordinating service projects with clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of service technicians to ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate service schedules and assignments for the team
- Inspect work performed by technicians to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and mentor new technicians on job duties and safety procedures
- Communicate with customers to address service-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial roofing is a MUST.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of roofing, plumbing, and general maintenance person tasks
- Sales and Client relations is a MUST
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
