Looking for a high-impact engineering leadership role where you can shape technical direction and drive execution across global teams ? Our VIP client is seeking a Lead Staff Engineer to lead four engineering teams (~40 engineers based in India), align strategies, and ensure seamless execution in the Forms Domain .
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can set direction, guide teams, and step in technically when needed . If you're passionate about mentoring engineers, optimizing cloud solutions, and pushing boundaries in Azure —this is the contract for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Align – Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, ensuring engineering excellence and execution .
Architect & Optimize – Design and enhance cloud-native applications using .NET Core and Azure services .
Collaborate & Influence – Work with architecture, business, and engineering leadership to drive strategic goals.
Automate & Innovate – Champion cloud automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) to improve scalability and efficiency.
Solve & Deliver – Step in when needed to resolve technical challenges and guide the team to success.
What You Bring Leadership & Strategy
Proven Tech Lead / Team Lead experience—mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
Cloud & Development Expertise
Advanced .NET Core development skills.
Deep understanding of Azure Cloud services , including :
- Event Hubs, Service Bus
- Container Apps, Function Apps, App Services
- Storage Accounts, CDN, Subscriptions, Resource Groups
- App Insights, Log Analytics, RBAC, Managed Identities
Automation & Architecture
Strong background in Microservices architecture .
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep .
DevOps & Tooling
Hands-on experience with Docker and GitHub Actions for CI / CD .
Data & Frontend Exposure
Database expertise in Azure SQL, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB .
Familiarity with React or Angular is a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have…
Azure API Management & Azure Front Door experience.
Exposure to AI / ML tools like Azure OpenAI, GPT Chat Completions, Azure Document Intelligence .
