Our client is engineering an entirely new paradigm: AI that works with people, not just for them. As a key member of the product design team, you’ll shape experiences that feel effortless, intelligent, and human — delivering design excellence across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

You’ll bring ideas to life rapidly, iterate boldly, and help define what best-in-class AI interaction should feel like — before anyone else gets there.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reimagine interaction models for AI-first product experiences, influencing how users engage with intelligent systems.
• Lead the design-to-prototype lifecycle — from early concept through polished execution — with speed, depth, and user empathy.
• Collaborate seamlessly with engineers and product managers to embed AI into the core user experience.
• Bring clarity to complexity by translating abstract ideas into structured, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces.
• Help shape product strategy by combining design sensibility with a deep understanding of user behavior.
• Design across multiple platforms — with a primary focus on web applications, and the flexibility to support mobile and desktop experiences as needed.
• Push the boundaries of design craft while delivering measurable business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 4 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX, or interaction design.
• A portfolio that reflects thoughtful design decisions, user-centered thinking, and a history of shipping meaningful work.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• A passion for rapid iteration, embracing feedback loops, and continuously refining your work.
• Natural cross-functional collaborator — equally comfortable in design critiques, code reviews, or product planning sessions.
• A strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous, high-velocity environments, yet executes with pixel-perfect attention to detail.
• Above all, someone who blends creative audacity with technical precision, and loves designing the future.

Bonus Points For

• Experience designing for AI-powered products or complex technical platforms.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or design systems at scale.
• Formal training in design or HCI (a plus, not a prerequisite).
