What You’ll Be Doing

📌 Set & execute product strategy – Define a bold vision and roadmap that drives business growth & environmental impact.

📌 Prioritize & execute – Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals to maximize results.

Who You Are

✅ 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
✅ Strong background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplace platforms (climate tech experience is a plus).
✅ Proven ability to analyze complex trade-offs, prioritize effectively, and drive execution.
✅ Excellent communicator who aligns technical teams & stakeholders around a shared vision.
✅ Comfortable in high-growth, high-ownership startup environments.
