Industry : Technology Services | Contract : 6 Months | $50 / hr

An industry-leading technology services firm is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business value.

This is a 6-month contract with a competitive rate of $50 / hr . The role offers flexibility with remote work, but candidates must be based in Atlanta, GA, and available to be on-site 2-3 days per week for key meetings, collaboration, and project execution.

What You'll Do : Lead & Architect

Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC, Security, and more.

Strategize & Execute

Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions that maximize platform capabilities.

Engage & Influence

Work directly with stakeholders and business leaders to develop tailored ServiceNow roadmaps.

Solution & Optimize

Develop Technical Architecture Blueprints that align with business objectives and future-proof implementations.

Own the Delivery Lifecycle

Drive proposal development, solution scoping, resource planning, and roadmap execution .

Showcase Expertise

Conduct demos, presentations, and stakeholder workshops to champion your solutions.

Guide & Mentor

Support implementation teams by sharing best practices, providing technical oversight, and ensuring seamless configuration .

Innovate & Automate

Incorporate AI, ML, Virtual Agent, and IBM accelerators to optimize workflows and enhance automation.

Advise & Elevate

Assist with COE (Center of Excellence) rollouts, delivery assurance, and customer journey realization .

What You Bring : Must-Haves :

5-7 years of IT experience with a BS degree or higher .

5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation across multiple products ( ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC, Security, CSM, Portal, etc. ).

At least two advanced ServiceNow certifications ( Master Architect enrollment a plus ).

Strong experience in solution architecture, enterprise IT transformation, and technical consulting .

Proven track record of leading high-impact ServiceNow implementations across industries.

Deep expertise in automation, AI, ML, and Virtual Agent technologies , preferably IBM Watson .

Excellent communication skills -able to influence executives and translate complex tech into business value.

Collaborative mindset -comfortable working with Practice Leaders, GTM teams, and ServiceNow Professional Services .

Bonus Points For :

Enrollment or certification in the ServiceNow Master Architect program.

Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow Implementation Methodology .

5-8 years of ServiceNow delivery experience with multiple certifications.

An additional architect certification in a modern technology stack.
