Assistant Kitchen Manger

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Duties

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Help manage inventory by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills in food service management and kitchen operations.
• Support leadership by following instructions from chefs and providing assistance during peak service times.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
