Job Description

The 1099 Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and developing business relationships to self generate leads for commercial roofing. The SR will have the opportunity to sell additional trades the company offers. We will provide training. The 1099 Residential Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customers to self generate leads for residential roofing, siding, and gutters. There are additional opportunities with other trades as well. Residential roofing experience is a plus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• The SR is expected to work all leads including estimating, pricing, bid presentation, and contract negotiations, and financial collection for

• Maintain all records for proper tracking of sales and leads
• Highly motivated self starter with a great work ethic
• Must be able to get on a roof
• Must follow all OSHA safety standards
• Previous sales experience with commercial properties preferred but not required
• Estimation and CRM software experience preferred
• Willing to learn all aspects of roofing
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Working vehicle
• Drug free environment
• This position is for the Cincinnati/Dayton area
