Experienced Floor Care Technician- 3rd Shift

Summary

In the role of 3rd Shift Floor Technician, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various locations. Reporting to the Account Manager, your core responsibilities will include floor care, Stripping, Waxing, Scrubbing and buffing to ensure a pristine environment. Responsible for the stripping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing of floors

Job Functions

• Ability to operate all floor cleaning machines and equipment
• Required to work in multiple locations.
• Complete long-term maintenance projects such as scrubbing, buffing, stripping and waxing with minimal supervision meeting time goals.
• Comply with Company Safety and PPE standards with job duties.
• Minimum 6 months of experience required

• Ability to operate cleaning machines and equipment.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to give and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess a drive and passion for providing a high standard of cleanliness, productivity and customer service.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Reach with hands and arms.
• The associate may frequently need to stoop, kneel or crouch.
• The associate MUST be able to stand on their feet in one spot and/ walk back and forth for 8 hours
• MUST be team oriented as well as self-motivated and self-sufficient. Bring a positive attitude to work each day with the mindset to perform all duties

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
