We are seeking a confident and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team for our Staffing Agency at Tier 1! This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales professional with results-driven skills in Sales within the Staffing Industry.
As our Staffing Sales Representative, your responsibility at our Staffing Agency will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base. Your main objective will be to foster relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and maintain high standards of customer service to offer our Staffing Services across various industries. You will also engage prospects and build rapport through persuasive communication skills and sales tactics, gathering information about potential clients needs and preferences, while negotiating contracts for our services.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads across various industries, capture essential client information and assess their needs to tailor appropriate staffing solutions, driving sales to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Outside B2B (door-to-door), sales and marketing to acquire new clientele/accounts across various industries needing professional staff.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, using your persuasive skills to promote our staffing services effectively.
- Achieving or exceeding individual sales targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and sales conversion.
- Engage with potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating our staffing services, advantages and benefits of our offerings.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
- Close sales deals by scheduling client meetings, overcoming objections, negotiating terms and securing customer commitment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule client appointments and develop and execute campaigns to drive sales.
- Prepare sales reports for leadership evaluation.
- Stay updated on product [staffing] knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our staffing services in the market.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH SPANISH MANDATORY)
- 2 years of experience in STAFFING sales with B2B engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to enhance and review telemarketing strategies.
- Assuring a minimum of 13 B2B visits/day, and generating min. 4 client appointments daily, with 10-15 client staffing proposals weekly.
- Recruitment for professional roles to fill client orders
- Excellent verbal communication skills and clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate staffing features and benefits persuasively.
- Understanding of market trends, economy, and competitors’ landscape to understand and address client needs
- Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a sales-driven role.
- Manage customer information and follow-up activities to maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with sales software (computer savvy)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
