We are looking for a Repair Director to lead our pool service repair team, focusing on training, managing repair operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership in Training : Develop and oversee training programs for technicians to master swimming pool equipment maintenance, including driving training.
• Operational Management : Supervise and coordinate the repair and replacement of pool equipment, including advanced systems like heaters.
• Diagnostic Expertise : Lead in inspecting and diagnosing diverse pool equipment, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
• Client Relations : Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and excellence.
• Team and Resource Management : Efficiently manage technician schedules, company resources, and maintain high operational standards.
