Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Python Developer to join our team on a hybrid basis in Milwaukee, WI. As a Full Stack Python Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our applications, leveraging your expertise in Python programming, AWS cloud technologies, and CI/CD processes. You will work on integrating queuing services like Kafka and Redis to optimize performance. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python.
• Utilize AWS cloud technologies and services for application deployment and management.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Integrate and manage queuing services (e.g., Kafka, Redis) to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Python programming.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and technologies.
• Expertise in CI/CD processes and automation.
• Experience with queuing services (Kafka, Redis, or similar).
• Rational Database experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Contract Details:

• Hybrid onsite in Milwaukee, WI (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Project duration: Through December 2025.
