Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
We are a small team dedicated to securing our external customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to help shape the future of our IAM program. This role involves working closely with business units, developers, vendors, and security engineers to architect, enhance, and maintain identity-related systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect, implement, and improve IAM solutions to ensure security, high availability, and a seamless user experience.
- Integrate IAM systems with third-party software and on-premises infrastructure.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess data, and estimate work efforts for new features and fixes.
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
