Job Description :
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solution Architect responsible for translating high-level solution designs into detailed infrastructure plans. This role ensures that infrastructure components are designed, procured, implemented, and maintained across all environments (development, test, staging, production) while adhering to industry best practices. Minimum 3 years of experience required (5-7 years recommended).
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify business requirements, analyze alternatives, and recommend software, platform, and network configurations following TOGAF framework.
- Optimize ITIL processes (event, incident, change management, server patching) and implement automation solutions using Ansible, GitLab CI, and ServiceNow Orchestrator .
- Introduce AIOps capabilities for incident prevention using Elastic Stack, Splunk, Dynatrace .
- Develop centralized visualization solutions with Grafana, Kibana, Java, Node.js, or Python to consolidate enterprise health metrics.
- Evaluate and conduct PoCs for new tools / products (e.g., PagerDuty, Moogsoft, BigPanda, ServiceNow ITOM, ELK Machine Learning ) to enhance enterprise resiliency.
- Assess open-source technologies ( Docker, Node.js, Ansible, GitLab CI, Jenkins ) against licensed enterprise tools for cost, portability, and usability.
- Design CI / CD pipelines for monitoring, automation, and management solutions using GitLab, Ansible, and containerization tools .
- Architect and guide the implementation of enterprise monitoring, automation, and analytics solutions.
- Develop a roadmap for transforming enterprise monitoring and automation to improve operational efficiency.
