Job Title: IT Implementation Leader, SAP Order to Cash

We are currently seeking a IT Implementation Leader, SAP, to join a team implementing next-generation knowledge systems using SAP S/4 HANA ERP. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with order management, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize end-to-end processes in ERP, customer experience systems, and reporting/analytics platforms to support business transformation.

The ideal candidate will have deep SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) expertise, strong knowledge of commercial business processes, and experience managing IT professionals. You will lead a cross-functional team, using leadership and communication skills to drive value for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between Order to Cash leadership and IT teams.
• Lead and mentor the functional team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Work with business and tech stakeholders to deliver and support solutions.
• Provide expert SAP guidance to internal and external teams.
• Manage SAP functions and related applications supporting the order to cash process.
• Ensure deliverables, scope, and strategy are met.
• Communicate updates, changes, and business requirement modifications.
• Support cost/benefit analysis, research, and deployment planning.
• Exhibit leadership, accountability, and a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of two SAP implementations, with experience as an architect or leading SAP teams.
• Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies, including applications, configurations, integrations, and security.
• Proven experience leading functional teams and building stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vistex, Ortec, SAP IBP, Advanced ATP, and customer experience platforms.
• Strong knowledge of various SAP modules.
• Familiar with Agile/SDLC development methodologies.
• Experience in the building materials industry.
  
  

The ideal Leader will have hands on implementation experience and bring strong SAP SD expertise, experience in commercial business processes, and leadership in managing IT teams. This is a key role in driving business transformation and creating value for stakeholders.
