We’re looking for an IT Program & Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee project delivery, governance, and continuous portfolio improvement.
- Ensure timely status updates and documentation for all projects in the portfolio.
- Drive adoption of project management processes and tools to ensure quality project delivery.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, and escalations at the portfolio level.
- Support project requests and guide them through the portfolio process.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance on project management processes.
- Approve portfolio statuses, reports, and documentation as needed.
- Offer input on portfolio / project management process development.
- Ensure adherence to project management practices, policies, and leadership direction.
- Lead training for new Project Managers on PMO processes and tools.
- Manage programs as needed and ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with leaders to define timelines, budgets, deliverables, and staffing.
- Conduct project reviews and provide executive summaries to leadership.
- Support budget planning and prioritize projects for effective decision-making.
- Drive adoption of planning processes for long-term project forecasts and priorities.
- Comply with internal and external requirements for Health & Safety, Quality, and Finance.
- Foster team collaboration and share information to achieve goals.
