Job Summary :
We are looking for a NetSuite Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. This role requires deep technical expertise in NetSuite architecture, customization, and integrations, along with the ability to collaborate with key business stakeholders to drive system efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
Architect and implement scalable NetSuite solutions to support finance, accounting, operations, and other business functions.
Lead NetSuite integrations with third-party applications using APIs, MuleSoft, Celigo, or other middleware solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and design system enhancements.
Develop and enforce best practices for NetSuite configuration, data management, and security compliance.
Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder to align with business needs.
Optimize system performance by troubleshooting issues, managing updates, and overseeing new feature rollouts.
Provide technical leadership and mentor NetSuite administrators and developers.
Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy through saved searches, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools.
Must-Have Qualifications :
NetSuite Expertise : Extensive experience designing and implementing NetSuite ERP solutions.
Integration Knowledge : Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, or other integration platforms for NetSuite.
Customization & Development : Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for advanced system enhancements.
Strong Communication Skills : Ability to engage with business leaders, understand their needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Problem-Solving & Strategy : Experience optimizing NetSuite to drive efficiency, automation, and scalability in a complex business environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant certification.
Experience in financial services, SaaS, or e-commerce industries.
Knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance requirements within NetSuite.
Previous experience leading NetSuite implementations or system migrations.
