Title: Product Manager, Aloha Consumer Marketing

The Aloha Order Direct Product Manager for Restaurants will play a critical role in evolving the strategy and roadmap to drive go-to-market, adoption, engagement of consumer experiences with Aloha Order Direct product and platform capabilities. Aloha Order Direct empowers small restaurants to regain control of their business from 3rd party marketplaces with a POS integrated direct ordering solution that allows them to keep more of their earnings, maintain brand identity and own the customer experience from start to finish to build long-term loyalty. You will create and deliver solutions with a focus on driving adoption and increasing engagement for both our largest enterprise customers and small, medium restaurants. The incumbent will be an experienced and dynamic professional who is strategic, technology savvy, customer-first and can drive both product strategy and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Champions a superior omnichannel ordering experience for restaurant
- Develops and evolves the strategy for enabling our customers to deliver a seamless, branded ordering experience that delights their guests.
- Maintains a high awareness and understanding of omnichannel ordering strategies, key use cases, capabilities and KPIs for a competitive product in our market. With internal partners, performs market research, market validation and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for existing and new features and functionality
- Plans and prioritizes use cases, customer segments, projects, and strategic goals.
- Then, plans and prioritizes product features from conceptual through product life cycle to optimize revenue and meet our corporate objectives through a thorough understanding of business segment needs.
- Conducts an objective, clinical assessment of competing needs for the platform and makes strategically sound, data-supported prioritizations.
- Maintains quarterly roadmaps that align strategy with focus on adoption; identify dependencies and ensure close alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Develops content and/or presentations to share and build advocacy for the roadmap and strategy with executive audiences and partners across the organization.
- Recruit customers to act as “advisor users” to co-create innovative products.
- Ensures appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, including partnering with design and technology teams to ensure the visual design, content strategy, copywriting and development align to the strategic vision.
- Develops the go-to-market strategy for the product and Integrations, as well as platform capabilities that enable the overall consumer engagement strategy.
- Creates a zealous approach and process for monitoring product performance, supporting A/B tests and recommending opportunities to enhance the experiences, products, capabilities on the NCR Voyix Commerce Platform.
- Directs other product managers who are peers and team members to translate the digital strategy into clearly prioritized requirements documentation including acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Leads and maintains feature development and backlog, works with scrum teams to prioritize, make decisions and remove roadblocks.
- Positioned as a strategic lead across key adoption and engagement experiences, works closely with members of the product, engineering, UX and operational teams.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, marketing and/or related field
- 3-5 years of product ownership or product management experience.
- Must demonstrate fluency in omnichannel technology and be comfortable with navigating both the front end and the backend software implementations.
- Proven leadership across multiple teams, while working collaboratively to deliver with quality on time.
- Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative.
- Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced organization.
- Experience working with tools, systems and processes that support go-to-market delivery and triage of content, data configuration, and service integration.
- Strong product management discipline in both discovery and execution.
- Outstanding verbal, written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.
- Possesses analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve results through others, plus the ability to build strong and balanced relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working with global teams.
- Experience operating in Agile/SCRUM delivery methodology, Jira, and Jira Align
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in restaurants or retail industry
- Data analytics tools and experimentation are a plus
