NetSuite QA Analyst
Location : Remote | Full-Time
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite QA Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, accuracy, and performance of our NetSuite ERP / CRM solutions. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios, track and report software defects, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment. If you have a passion for quality assurance and expertise in NetSuite workflows, reports, dashboards, and permissions , we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute detailed test scenarios based on user stories and implemented solutions.
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct thorough regression tests to validate bug fixes and system updates.
- Provide QA support for two separate NetSuite instances .
- Create detailed documentation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate testing sessions.
- Perform post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure system stability and performance.
- Analyze user stories, use cases, and business requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
- Track and report the debugging process, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices .
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to resolve issues and implement improvements.
