Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Operations : Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Tax Compliance : Prepare quarterly IRS tax submissions and collaborate with external accountants for annual federal and state tax filings.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop, analyze, and manage office operational budgets. Provide leadership with insights by comparing financial statements to budget projections and recommending corrective actions.
- Cash Flow Optimization : Track and optimize cash flow through home office reimbursement plans.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, including financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, annual tax filings, payroll, and benefits administration.
