Tier4 Group's client PMO delivers portfolio governance, program management, project management, and business analysis to support critical financial applications managing a $500 billion debt portfolio.
The Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring mission-critical applications and infrastructure meet organizational needs, contributing to the accuracy and availability essential for successful operations. This role combines business analysis, project management, and process improvement in a regulated environment, collaborating across all areas of IT (Applications Development, Operations, Networking and Security, Enterprise Architecture).
This role has a split focus of BA (80%) and PM (20%)

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mission critical applications.
Work closely with product managers assisting them in breaking out features for mission critical applications into manageable user stories factoring in current and future business needs, as well as capabilities offered by existing applications across various product lines.

Create and maintain business analysis deliverables such as process maps, user story maps, requirements documents, use cases, GUI prototypes, wireframes, UI specifications.
Provide timely and accurate estimates to support ongoing portfolio runway planning.
Create and maintain project management deliverables including project charter, project schedule, contracts, vendor artifacts, status reports, issues, risks, communication plan, project portfolio data, project KPIs, and cost reports.
Proactively communicate project status and work on helping the team to identify and remove impediments to ensure the Agile team stays on track with their sprint goals
Maintain alignment of all assigned tasks and documentation with applicable OF policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
Assist with PMO audits and IT portfolio reporting.
PRINCIPAL JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
6 years of combined business analysis and project management experience.
Demonstrated skills and track record practicing agile methodology in project delivery.
Experience gathering and writing requirements for mission-critical applications
Experience with IT projects including API, Integrations, Security, and related.
Proficiency in creation of business analysis, user stories, and project management deliverables.
