We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network Engineer to lead and optimize our network infrastructure. This hands-on role requires wired/wireless networking expertise, cloud integration, and modernizing legacy systems. You'll play a strategic and tactical role, driving network transformation while ensuring operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overhaul firewall strategy (WatchGuard or similar).
- Maintain and optimize HP Aruba switches, VLANs, WAN, and wireless solutions.
- Lead cloud integration with Azure and SaaS/PaaS platforms.
- Modernize legacy hardware and systems post-merger.
- Ensure network uptime and compliance with security best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and document processes.
Required Skills:
- 7 years of network engineering experience, including architecture-level responsibilities.
- Expertise in WatchGuard firewalls, HP Aruba switches, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and SDWAN.
- Proficiency in wireless networking design, troubleshooting, and Azure integrations.
- Strong understanding of network security and MFA.
- Experience with Windows, VMware environments, and legacy system modernization.
