Title : Senior Network Engineer Location : Plymouth, MN Type : Full Time Employment We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network Engineer to lead and optimize our network infrastructure. This hands-on role requires wired / wireless networking expertise, cloud integration, and modernizing legacy systems. You'll play a strategic and tactical role, driving network transformation while ensuring operational reliability. Key Responsibilities : Overhaul firewall strategy (WatchGuard or similar). Maintain and optimize HP Aruba switches, VLANs, WAN, and wireless solutions. Lead cloud integration with Azure and SaaS / PaaS platforms. Modernize legacy hardware and systems post-merger. Ensure network uptime and compliance with security best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders and document processes. Required Skills : 7 years of network engineering experience, including architecture-level responsibilities. Expertise in WatchGuard firewalls , HP Aruba switches , routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and SDWAN. Proficiency in wireless networking design , troubleshooting, and Azure integrations. Strong understanding of network security and MFA. Experience with Windows, VMware environments, and legacy system modernization.
