The Solutions Analyst / Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in processes, systems, and business practices. This role requires an understanding of infrastructure and integration surrounding supported products, facilitating communication across teams, and managing small to medium-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be able to research, analyze, and present solution alternatives while ensuring development standards, architectural goals, and application stability are maintained.

Ideally located in Lenexa, KS

Can be 100% remote for the right candidate, preference for local candidates (30-40 miles); local candidates expected in-office once a week

Shift : 8-5 CST / 7-4 CST (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend process, system, and business practice improvements.
  • Understand infrastructure and integration related to supported products.
  • Facilitate communication and manage small to medium-scale projects.
  • Research, analyze, and present pros and cons for solution alternatives.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, architectural goals, and application stability.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a technical analyst role, with experience writing documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong understanding of web-based software application development.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Development, to define product features, document requirements, and perform workflow analysis.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies, methodologies, and philosophies.
  • Experience using various tools to produce documentation and effectively communicate requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud applications (Google Cloud Platform), data management and storage, API design, and architecture to engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects.
  • Proficiency in technical diagramming, including cross-functional workflows, sequence diagrams, and architectural representations.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Ability to introduce technical deliverables of the team.
  • Capability to influence team members without direct management responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and drive decision-making.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and continuously develop skills.

    • Disqualifiers

  • Experience limited to analyst roles focused on software implementation or business intelligence related to revenue assessment.

    • This team is responsible for building software and seeks candidates with hands-on experience in technical analysis and product development.
