What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy TIBCO-based integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Build and manage complex TIBCO workflows and processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing TIBCO applications for performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
- Stay current with emerging TIBCO technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO development.
- Proficiency with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition, EMS, Hawk, and related tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong grasp of SOA, EAI, and ESB architecture.
- Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, and REST/SOAP services.
- Solid SQL and database integration experience (e.g., Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- TIBCO certifications.
- Experience with cloud-native integration platforms.
- Familiarity with other middleware/integration tools.
