Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, including managers and individual contributors
- Define and execute engineering strategy in alignment with our clients overall business objectives
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle—design, development, testing, and delivery—ensuring quality and scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to align priorities and execution
- Manage and optimize engineering budgets and resources
- Champion best practices, modern development methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify technical risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, reporting progress, challenges, and key milestones
- Ensure successful, on-time delivery of solutions while coordinating across teams, clients, and delivery partners
- Support compliance efforts, including responsibilities related to SOX requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10–15 years of progressive engineering experience, including proven leadership in senior roles
- Strong technical foundation in software development, system architecture, backend APIs, and hardware integration
- Track record of managing distributed and diverse engineering teams
- Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and project execution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, engineering trends, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget
