Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Zuora Billing Administrator with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Zuora billing platform, ensuring accurate invoicing, subscription management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of subscription billing processes, financial operations, and basic technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Zuora billing system, ensuring accurate customer invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist with subscription setup, modifications, renewals, and cancellations within Zuora.
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper revenue recognition and reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies, failed transactions, and invoice errors.
- Generate and analyze billing reports, revenue summaries, and subscription metrics.
- Support the integration of Zuora with other financial and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and company billing standards.
- Assist in process improvements and system optimizations for greater efficiency.
- Provide user training and support for internal teams using Zuora.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience working with Zuora or similar subscription billing platforms.
- Understanding of subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or system integrations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with finance, accounting, or IT teams is a bonus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Salesforce, NetSuite, or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and recurring revenue streams.

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
