Qualifications:
- 1 years working within a human resources department and/or corporate environment and/or customer service focused role
- 1 years of full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment
- Strong organization and administrative skills
- Proven and proficient skill level in Microsoft Office Software including:
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excels at multi-tasking and adapting to mulitiple high priority recruiting functions
- Ability to work both independently and with others
- Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Experience
- 2 years of technical recruiting experience
- Linkedin Recruiter experience
- iCIMS and/or ATS experience
- Prior experience particularly in the data center industry
Location
- This is a hybrid role based in Saint Louis, Missouri. There will be requirements to work out of the corporate office every Monday and Wednesday of each week.
Pay Transparency

It’s important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements.
Pay Range $54,000.00 - $83,829.12

Responsibilities:
- Be achievement oriented with a high sense of urgency, responsiveness, and follow through; possess excellent attention to detail; superb consultant/communicator; and work in partnership as well as independently.
- Sources, recruits, screens and recommends placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
- Develop strong, trusting collaborative partnerships at all levels of the business to understand hiring needs and develop/recommend/execute effective and tailored recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate skill level and culture fit, manage the interview process, identify salary recommendations, and facilitate the offer phase.
- Uses proactive networking techniques and outreach initiatives to build pipelines of candidates in local markets via multiple outlets (schools, partnerships etc.) across our geographic footprint.
- Other duties as assigned.
