Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively restock supplies, organize, and tidy up office areas (light cleaning, trash disposal, and dishwashing as needed).
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents or reports.
- Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone, answering or directing inquiries.
- Oversee purchasing tasks, including ordering office and breakroom supplies, and managing urgent purchasing needs.
- Support with organizing company meetings, training sessions, and events (e.g., ordering food, coordinating meeting spaces, and preparing materials).
- Assist in the planning and execution of office celebrations and team bonding activities.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, including managing inventory and assisting with employee workspace setup.
- Provide support during vacations, sick days, or breaks to ensure front desk coverage and ongoing operations.
- Running errands, including trips to the post office - Handling mail and packages, shipping items, and ensuring timely delivery of company correspondence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
