- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support company objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR priorities with organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the HR team, fostering professional growth.
- Oversee the performance and development of HR team members, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and optimized.
- Lead integration efforts for employees from acquisitions to ensure alignment with company culture, policies, and systems.
- Policy & Program Oversight
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and programs that align with business needs and comply with legal requirements.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote retention and workplace satisfaction.
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee the accuracy, thoroughness, and full utilization of the HRIS system, ensuring it effectively supports all HR functions and processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure the company adheres to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as the escalation point for high-risk compliance and employee relations matters.
- Support the Assistant Director of HR in compliance oversight and audits.
- Data & Metrics
- Track HR KPIs, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
- Use HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR matters, providing guidance and support to HR peers, managers, and supervisors.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR teams and managing complex HR initiatives, such as employee integration during acquisitions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and experience exercising professional discretion and maintaining confidentiality regarding all human resources related matters
- Technologically savvy with a track record of leveraging software, tools, AI, and other innovative technologies to streamline processes, save time, and drive efficiency in HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and timekeeping systems, preferably with iSolved.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
