Primary Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning Support: Collaborate with finance leadership in creating financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Provide support to business leaders in understanding financial metrics and forecasts.
- Budget Coordination: Coordinate the budgeting process by gathering necessary data from various departments and assisting in compiling the information for review.
- Monthly Financial Reporting: Deliver key forecasting projections, analyzing results, and preparing summaries to help management understand monthly performance against the financial plan.
- Ad-Hoc Requests: Provide financial analysis and insights for ad-hoc requests from leadership, supporting key decision-making.
- Technology & Process Improvement: Leverage technology to improve data collection, reporting, and financial analysis processes, ensuring efficient workflows and data accuracy.
- Financial Compliance Assistance: Ensure financial reports and data are aligned with company policies and internal controls, and comply with applicable regulations.
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance, or related curriculum.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (previous experience in a financial analyst role is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.), MS Office, Power BI, and financial modeling tools. Exposure to planning and budgeting software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present findings in an easily digestible manner to support decision-making.
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals and provide financial guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA a plus but not required.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
