Job Title: Outside Services Supervisor
Location: Tierra Oaks Golf Club, Redding, CA
Pay Rate:$18/hr - $24/hr, DOE (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Outside Services Supervisor to lead our golf course’s outside services team. This role is essential in creating an exceptional guest experience by managing golf cart operations, driving range services, and delivering top-notch hospitality. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a leadership role and can maintain high standards with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of outside services including golf carts, bag drop, and driving range.
- Ensure golf carts are clean, charged, and properly maintained.
- Oversee driving range setup, ball picking, and equipment management.
- Train, schedule, and motivate outside services staff.
- Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.
- Communicate effectively with the golf shop and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Monitor inventory of supplies related to outside services and report needs.
- Enforce golf course policies and maintain safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous golf course or hospitality experience preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly desired.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation:
- Starting at $18/hour. Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.
