Position : Business Analyst ( Banking -Lending)
Location - Columbia, SC ( Onsite)
Rate - Competitive
Duration - 6 months
Visa Preference - USC/ GC/ H4 EAD, L2 Visa
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis within the Banking industry, with a specific focus on Lending.
- Strong understanding of lending products, including but not limited to consumer loans, mortgages, business loans, and lines of credit.
- Proven experience in process optimization, data analysis, and system implementation within a banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, Jira, Confluence).
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with loan origination systems (LOS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other banking software.
Knowledge & Expertise:
- Deep understanding of banking operations, lending policies, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, credit risk, and operational risk within the lending space.
