For other shifts, you’ll either work in the kitchen preparing and packaging treats or deliver warm treats directly to customers. - Drivers earn an average of $15–$20/hour (includes $10/hour base pay, tips, and delivery fee incentives)

- As an ODM:
- Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers, leading the team and ensuring smooth operations.
- Assign, oversee, train, and evaluate work of 3–6 employees during ODM shifts.
- Manage preparation, sales, inventory, and service of our sweet products.
- Complete opening/closing procedures, daily paperwork, and inventory checks.
- As a Kitchen Team Member:
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to our recipes and standards.
- Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- As a Delivery Driver:
- Deliver warm, delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using a Tiff’s Treats company vehicle or your personal vehicle as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries.
- Assist with other store duties, including packaging and cleaning, as needed.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with the team and lead by example in all roles.
- At least 6 months of leadership and/or management experience.
- Availability to work during our busiest days of the year, including but not limited to Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day ("All Hands on Deck" days).
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver.
- Must have a personal vehicle available for deliveries when Tiff’s Treats vehicles are occupied (drivers will be compensated for personal vehicle use).
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws, keeping vehicles clean and organized.
- Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and reach items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
- Ability to take visual and audible cues, and follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment.
Salary : $15 - $20
