Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising. This role will focus on driving sales, acquiring new customers, and increasing customer retention through data-driven decision-making and performance analysis. Collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop compelling ad content, manage budgets effectively, and continuously explore new advertising opportunities to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEM, display, and emerging platforms.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve conversions, reduce cost per acquisition, and maximize return on ad spend.
- Strategically allocate and manage the paid advertising budget across multiple campaigns and channels.
- Track, report, and present campaign performance metrics to key stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising, continuously refining strategies to maintain competitive performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and test new ad content that aligns with the Tiff’s Treats brand and voice.
- Deliver measurable improvements in revenue, customer acquisition, and cost efficiency across all paid marketing channels.
- Identify and experiment with new advertising opportunities to expand reach and engagement.
- Write engaging and effective ad copy tailored to different audiences and channels.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and CTV.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools to assess campaign performance and inform optimization strategies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience writing compelling ad copy tailored for different digital channels.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple campaigns.
