Temporary Delivery Driver / Kitchen
Join Tiff's Treats for our busiest and most exciting time of the year! As a delivery driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their Valentine's Day treats on time and with exceptional service. Whether you're looking for extra cash or enjoy being part of a fast-paced, joyful team, this short-term opportunity is a great way to make a difference during a special holiday.
What We're Offering :
Base Pay : $10 / hour
Tips : You get to take home 100% of customer tips and delivery fees per order
Additional Vehicle Compensation : $2 per delivery when using your personal vehicle
Training Shifts : $18 / hour for all roles
Valentine's Day Bonus : $50 bonus for working 4 hours on February 14th
What You'll Do :
Deliver warm cookies and brownies using your personal or company vehicle
Provide friendly and professional customer service during every delivery
Assist in the kitchen between deliveries to support operations
Help create special Valentine's Day memories for customers
Additional Requirements :
Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Must have current car insurance with the driver's name listed as an authorized driver
Must have a reliable personal vehicle available for deliveries (Note : Motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles are not permitted)
Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws, while keeping vehicles clean and organized
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, reach, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
Comfortable with constant standing and / or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
Ability to have repetitive motion of wrists / arms, as well as stand, squat, bend, twist, reach, walk, or lean for the entire shift
Able to maneuver quickly in a small space with hot ovens
Ability to take visual and audible cues and follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
Availability Requirements :
Attend training during the period February 3rd-12th
