Fulfillment Associate

Tiffany Hepburn, LLC is a fast growing eCommerce company located in Orlando, Florida. We work with major brands and suppliers around the world and utilize multiple eCommerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Walmart and more.

Our offices are conveniently located near the Orlando International Airport just a short drive from Orlando’s many theme parks, attractions, shopping malls, famous restaurants and more!

We are currently searching for a part-time/full-time Fulfillment Associates to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for people that are excellent team members and are detail oriented. We have part-time and full-time positions available.

The main responsibilities for the incumbent will include, but are not limited to:

• Pulling and Checking Orders for Accuracy
• Packaging & Shipping Orders
• Performing Quality Checks on Inventory
• Receiving and Processing Inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be able to think independently as well as follow direction from management, and be able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision. Must be comfortable working with computers in order to interact with our shipping software and must be able to stand for long periods throughout the day.

Our normal business hours are 8:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday. We are looking for candidate to work Monday through Wednesday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. This is a great opportunity for college students with evening classes or anyone looking for part time work with a regular schedule and no evenings. Due to the nature of our business, Sunday hours are necessary during the holiday season as that is the busiest time of year for us (End of November through December).

Part-Time employment:

Monday through Wednesday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Full-Time Employment:

Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Detail oriented

· Highly motivated and self-sufficient with a positive attitude

· Flexible

· Computer Proficient

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Responsible and dependable

· Able to manage multiple tasks at once

· Able to stand for extended periods of time

· Able to lift up to 45 lbs

· Proficient in Google Sheets

· Must have reliable transportation

Experience shipping packages using a shipping software is helpful.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the fulfillment of daily orders

· Pulling items for orders from the warehouse

· Checking and preparing orders for shipment

· Shipping and packaging orders for carriers

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
