We are a family-owned company dominating the adventure van market, and we’re on the lookout for a Service/Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician to ensure our RVs are ready to hit the road. This dynamic dual-role combines technical expertise with customer interaction, making it perfect for those who love solving problems and delivering memorable experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:Upfitting & Customization:
- Install lift kits, bumpers, skid plates, lighting, and more to give each adventure van a one-of-a-kind look.
Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI):
- Thoroughly prep sold units to ensure they’re ready for their new owners.
- Spot and resolve any issues, making every RV showroom-ready.
Customer Walkthroughs:
- Lead fun and informative walkthroughs with customers on delivery day, answering questions and ensuring they’re confident in their new adventure-mobile.
Unit Assessments & Diagnosis:
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify any signs of damage and determine the root cause of issues.
- Plan repairs, document findings, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Repairs:
- Perform precise repairs, big or small, with the right parts and tools.
- Track your time and ensure all jobs are completed to perfection.
Time Management:
- Work smart and meet performance goals, aiming for 30 billable hours in a 40-hour work week.
Workspace Management:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace for yourself and your team.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Service Manager to review progress and hit team goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Work Environment: Full-time, hands-on work in Haltom City, TX.
- Physical Demands: Be ready to stay active, bending, lifting, and tackling diverse tasks.
- License/Certification: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, with some Saturday availability for deliveries.
