- Pay Range: $52,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience).

What You’ll Do:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the crucial link between our customers and our service team. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Greet customers with professionalism and friendliness, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Schedule service appointments and keep customers informed about their RV’s status.
- Diagnose customer concerns, document repair needs, and clearly communicate repair solutions.
- Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts, securing customer approval before repairs.
- Follow up on repairs to ensure quality, reducing comebacks and increasing satisfaction.
- Deliver completed RVs to customers, answering any questions and reinforcing trust.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
What You Bring:
We’re looking for an All-Star who:
- Has 1 year of RV-related experience (preferred).
- Excels in communication and problem-solving.
- Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
- Can reliably commute to or relocate near Haltom City, TX 76117.
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Your Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
