The Role:
- We're seeking a high-impact sales professional to drive the success of TIFIN @Work.
- You'll leverage your network to generate leads, build a thriving sales pipeline, and execute winning sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective sales strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, highlighting core features, advantages, and benefits tailored to client needs.
- Represent TIFIN @Work at industry events, webinars, and conferences, engaging with potential clients.
Your Profile:
- 5 years of successful sales experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- A strong network within the advisor and retirement plan advisor communities is highly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected starting salary range is $125,000 - $150,000, with opportunity for incentive compensation.
