Key Responsibilities
- Execute surveillance operations for various claims types, including worker’s compensation and auto liability.
- Perform comprehensive activity checks and background investigations to gather critical information.
- Compose detailed reports based on surveillance observations and findings.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing regular updates on the status of investigations.
- Uphold all legal and ethical standards throughout investigative procedures.
- At least two years of experience in surveillance activities.
- Familiarity with Special Investigation Unit (SIU) functions, such as conducting interviews and performing scene inspections.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for report writing and client interaction.
- Proficiency in both stationary and mobile surveillance techniques across diverse environments, including high-crime areas.
- Comfortable utilizing pretext investigations as part of the investigative process.
- Possession of an active Private Investigator License in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
- Minimum of two years of professional surveillance experience is essential.
- Experience with SIU-related tasks is highly regarded.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in investigative practices will be considered a valuable asset.
