With over 23 years of experience servicing the insurance, government, and legal sectors, we specialize in comprehensive surveillance and investigative services related to claims management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough surveillance on cases involving worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both short and long-term disability claims.
• Execute activity checks and perform in-depth background investigations.
• Document findings meticulously through detailed reports to support claims assessment.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct during all investigative activities.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of two years of surveillance experience is essential.
• Proficiency in performing Special Investigations Unit (SIU) functions, including taking statements and conducting scene inspections.
• Exceptional report writing abilities and strong verbal communication skills are critical.
• Capability to conduct both stationary and mobile surveillance in diverse environments, including high-crime areas.
• Comfort and experience with pretext investigations are required.
  
  

Qualifications

• An active Private Investigator License in New York is mandatory.
