With over 23 years of dedicated service to the insurance, government, and legal sectors, our organization specializes in comprehensive surveillance and investigative work related to worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long and short-term disability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance on various claims, ensuring meticulous observation and documentation.
• Perform activity checks and background investigations as required by the case.
• Take statements and execute scene inspections related to investigations.
• Compile detailed reports that convey findings effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to share insights and strategies.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of two years of experience in surveillance operations.
• Familiarity with Special Investigations Unit (SIU) functions, including statement-taking and scene inspections.
• Exceptional report writing and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in conducting both stationary and mobile surveillance across diverse environments, including high-crime areas.
• Comfort and skill in utilizing pretext investigations as part of the investigative process.
• An active Private Investigator License in Tennessee is essential.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid PI License in Tennessee.
• Proven track record of relevant surveillance and investigative experience.
